We offer standard ground shipping on all decor and white-glove delivery for oversized furniture pieces. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days, while custom orders may take 4-6 weeks.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Mitzi products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your Mitzi account dashboard.
